Rachael Baethge, MS, CCC-SLP is a certified speech-language pathologist with over 17 years of experience. She is the founder of Texas Speech Mom Therapy Services PLLC, a mobile private practice providing play-based, family-centered speech therapy in homes, daycares, and preschools across Houston.

In addition to direct therapy, Rachael creates practical, evidence-based resources for fellow pediatric SLPs. Through Texas Speech Mom LLC, she has designed nearly 200 digital therapy products available at ShopTexasSpeechMom.com.

Rachael is also a passionate speaker and educator, dedicated to helping SLPs deliver functional, burnout-free care. She has presented at the Texas Speech-Language Hearing Association Convention and appeared on several speech therapy podcasts.
